Overview

The handselevated wide squat thrust is an exercise that targets the quads. To perform this exercise, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your hands elevated in front of you. Squat down until your thighs are parallel to the ground, then explosively push up and extend your legs so that your feet come off the ground. Repeat this movement for 10-12 repetitions.
