The kettlebell swing transfer is an exercise that targets the quads. To perform the exercise, you will need a kettlebell and a flat surface. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold the kettlebell in your right hand. Hinge at your hips and swing the kettlebell back between your legs.
