Overview

The kettlebell swing transfer is an exercise that targets the quads. To perform the exercise, you will need a kettlebell and a flat surface. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold the kettlebell in your right hand. Hinge at your hips and swing the kettlebell back between your legs. Then, explosively swing the kettlebell up to shoulder height and bring your left hand under the kettlebell. Continue to swing the kettlebell back and forth between your legs, alternating hands. Perform 10-12 repetitions on each side.
