Overview

The left squat thrust is an exercise that targets the quads. To perform this exercise, start in a standing position with your feet shoulder-width apart. Step forward with your left leg and lower your body until your left knee is at a 90-degree angle and your right knee is nearly touching the ground. Keep your back straight and your core engaged. Push through your left heel to return to the starting position. Repeat this movement for 10-12 repetitions on each leg.
