Overview

The quad touch jump is an exercise that targets the quadriceps muscles. To perform the quad touch jump, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms at your sides. Step forward with your right leg and jump up, bringing your left knee to touch your right elbow. Land softly on your left foot and immediately jump up again, bringing your right knee to touch your left elbow. Continue alternating legs, jumping as high as you comfortably can. You can make this exercise more challenging by adding weights to your hands or by doing it on a trampoline.
