Overview

The right lunge jump with right overhead press is an exercise that targets the quads. To do this exercise, start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms at your sides. Step forward with your right leg and lower your body until your right knee is at a 90-degree angle. At the same time, raise your arms overhead so that your hands are together above your head. Explosively jump up off the ground, bringing your left leg forward and your arms down to your sides. Repeat this movement for 10-12 repetitions on each side.

Variations

Variations of fitness exercises refer to different ways of performing a specific exercise or movement to target various muscle groups, intensities, or goals. These variations aim to challenge the body differently, prevent plateaus, and cater to individuals with varying fitness levels.

Alternatives

These alternative exercises can be used as substitutes when the original exercise is unavailable or challenging to perform due to various reasons such as equipment limitations, injuries, or personal preferences.
