Overview

The CM forward shoulder press is an exercise that targets the shoulders. To do this exercise, you will need a barbell and two dumbbells. Start by holding the barbell in front of your body with your arms extended. Then, raise the barbell up to shoulder level with your arms extended. Next, lower the barbell back down to the starting position. Repeat this movement for the desired number of repetitions. The CM forward shoulder press is a great way to build strength and size in your shoulders.
