Overview

The dumbbell fix dumbbell military press is an exercise targeting the shoulders. It is a of the military press, in which the dumbbells are held at shoulder height instead of being racked on a barbell. This allows for a greater range of motion and more isolation of the shoulder muscles. To perform the dumbbell fix dumbbell military press, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder height. With your elbows slightly bent, press the dumbbells overhead until your arms are fully extended. Slowly lower the dumbbells back to shoulder height and repeat. This exercise can be performed for 3 sets of 8-12 repetitions.
