Overview

The dumbbell incline. Traise is an exercise targeting the shoulders. It is performed by lying on an incline bench with your feet flat on the floor and holding a dumbbell in each hand. With your arms extended overhead, slowly lower the dumbbells out to the sides until they are parallel to the floor, then raise them back up to the starting position. This exercise can be performed for multiple sets of 8-12 repetitions.
