The Rg 3Way Single-Arm Rear Delt Cable Fly is an exercise that targets the rear deltoids, or the muscles at the back of the shoulder. It is performed by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and holding a cable attachment in each hand. You then lean forward slightly and raise your arms out to the sides until they are parallel to the floor. You then lower your arms back to the starting position and repeat. This exercise can be performed for multiple sets of repetitions.
