Overview

The wide-grip seated cable row is an exercise that targets the traps. To perform this exercise, you will need a cable machine with a wide-grip handle. Sit down on the machine and adjust the seat so that your knees are slightly bent and your feet are flat on the ground. Grasp the handle with an overhand grip and extend your arms out in front of you so that they are parallel to the floor. Pull the handle towards your chest until your elbows are at a 90-degree angle. Pause for a second and then slowly return to the starting position. Repeat this for the desired number of repetitions.
