Overview

The barbell reverse grip bent over row is an exercise targeting the upper back, particularly the latissimus dorsi and rhomboids. It is performed by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a barbell in front of you with an overhand grip. Bend over at the waist until your torso is parallel to the floor, then pull the bar up to your chest while keeping your elbows close to your sides. Slowly lower the bar back to the starting position and repeat. This exercise can be performed for multiple sets of 8-12 repetitions.
