Overview
Feet-Elevated Right Side Plank is an exercise targeting the abdominal muscles, particularly the right side obliques. This exercise is performed by lying on your right side with your feet elevated on a bench or chair. Then, extend your arms out in front of you and raise your hips off the ground so that your body forms a straight line from your shoulders to your feet. Hold this position for as long as you can, then repeat on the left side.
