Overview

The medicine ball firefeet drill is an exercise that targets the abdominal muscles. It is performed by sitting on the floor with your legs extended in front of you and your feet together. Hold a medicine ball in your hands and then raise your feet off the ground so that your legs are straight. Bring the medicine ball back between your legs and then quickly extend your legs out in front of you again. Repeat this movement for 10-12 repetitions.
