Overview

The cable seated curl is an exercise targeting the biceps. It is performed by sitting on a bench with your back straight and your feet flat on the floor. You then grasp a cable attachment with both hands and extend your arms out in front of you, palms facing up. You then curl the weight towards your chest, keeping your elbows close to your sides. You then lower the weight back to the starting position and repeat.
