Overview
The cable standing one leg calf raise is an exercise that targets the calves. To do this exercise, you will need a cable machine and a weight plate. Stand with your right leg on the ground and your left leg on the cable machine. Grab the handle with your left hand and pull it up until your left knee is slightly bent. Hold this position for a second, then slowly lower your leg back down. Repeat this for 10-12 repetitions on each leg.
