Overview

The diagonal right leg stepout to right kneeup is an exercise that targets the glutes. To do this exercise, start standing with your feet shoulder-width apart. Step out to the right with your right leg, keeping your left leg planted. Bend your right knee and reach your right hand to the floor in front of you. Then, straighten your right leg and bring your right knee up to your chest. Repeat this motion for 10-12 repetitions, then switch legs and do the same on the left side.
