Overview

The squat thrust overhead press is an exercise that targets the quads. To do this exercise, you start in a squat position with your feet shoulder-width apart and your hands in front of you. Then, you thrust your hips up and forward so that your legs are straight and your arms are extended overhead. You then lower yourself back down to the squat position. This exercise can be performed for multiple repetitions or as a timed exercise.
