Overview

The cable crossover reverse fly is an exercise that targets the shoulders. To do this exercise, you will need a cable machine with two handles. Stand facing the machine with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent. Grab the handles with your palms facing each other and your arms extended in front of you. Pull the handles apart until your arms are parallel to the floor and your shoulders are at full extension. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
