Overview
The JM press with bands is an exercise that targets the triceps. It is performed by lying on a bench with your feet flat on the floor and your knees bent. You hold a band in each hand with your arms extended straight up over your head. You then bend your elbows and lower the bands behind your head until your forearms are parallel to the floor. You then extend your elbows and return to the starting position.
