Overview
The seated bentover twoarm dumbbell triceps extension is an exercise that targets the triceps. To do this exercise, you will need a pair of dumbbells and a bench. Start by sitting on the bench with your feet flat on the floor and your knees slightly bent. Hold the dumbbells in your hands with your arms extended straight out in front of you. Keeping your elbows close to your sides, bend your arms at the elbows and lower the weights behind your head until they are just above your shoulders. Pause for a moment, then extend your arms back to the starting position. Repeat this for the desired number of repetitions.
