Prepare the salad:
Wash and chop the lettuce.
Place it as the base in the serving bowl.
Slice half of a green apple into thin wedges and arrange them over the lettuce.
Add a handful of dried cranberries and a handful of roughly chopped walnuts.
Cube half a dragon fruit and add it on top.
(You can substitute with fresh pomegranate seeds or chopped figs if desired.)
Prepare the dressing:
In a small bowl, whisk together cilantro, garlic, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, water, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.

Do not freeze this salad as fresh fruit and lettuce lose texture.
