Overview

The lever bicep curl is an exercise that targets the biceps. It is performed by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and holding a dumbbell in each hand. Your arms should be extended in front of you with your palms facing up. Bend your elbows and curl the weights up towards your shoulders, then slowly lower them back down. This exercise can be performed for multiple sets of repetitions.
