Overview

The sled 45degree calf press is an exercise targeting the calves. It is performed by sitting on a sled with your feet in the foot rests and your knees bent at 90 degrees. The sled is then pushed forward until your legs are straight, then slowly lowered back to the starting position. This exercise can be performed for multiple sets of 8-12 repetitions.
