Overview

The divebomber is an exercise that targets the lower back. It is performed by lying on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. You then raise your arms overhead and extend your legs straight up in the air. You then lower your legs back down to the floor while simultaneously bringing your arms down to your sides. This exercise should be performed slowly and controlled, with a focus on contracting the lower back muscles.
