Overview

The cable halfkneeling face pull is an exercise targeting the abs , To perform this exercise, you will need a cable machine with a rope attachment. Stand with your right foot forward and your left knee on the ground. Hold the rope attachment with both hands and extend your arms out in front of you. Pull the rope attachment towards your face, keeping your elbows out to the sides and your back straight. Pause at the top of the movement, then slowly return to the starting position. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, This exercise is a great way to target the abs and also work the shoulders and back. It is important to keep your back straight and your core engaged throughout the movement to avoid injury.
