Lying elbow to knee is an exercise targeting the abdominal muscles. It is performed by lying on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. You then reach your right elbow to your left knee, and then your left elbow to your right knee. This exercise can be repeated for a set number of repetitions, or for a set amount of time.
