Overview

The isometric chest squeeze is an exercise that targets the chest muscles. It is performed by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms extended in front of you, palms together. You then squeeze your chest muscles together as hard as you can and hold the position for a few seconds. This exercise can be repeated for multiple sets of repetitions.
